3、l quality specification clauses of the relevant physical interfaces. It specifies bud-get methods for equalized and non-equalized links and specifies and describes methods of measurementfor links using a reference receiver. The technical report specifies test patterns for scrambled and un-scrambled

4、links. The technical report also specifies channel characteristics that have not been previouslyaddressed.This Technical Report is one in a series produced by the InternationalCommittee for Information Technology Standards (INCITS). The secretariatfor INCITS is held by the Information Technology Ind

5、ustry Council (ITI), 1101K Street, NW, Suite 610, Washington, DC 20005.As a by-product of the standards development process and the resources ofknowledge devoted to it, INCITS from time to time produces TechnicalReports.
