3、l quality specification clauses of the relevant physical interfaces. It specifies bud-get methods for equalized and non-equalized links and specifies and describes methods of measurementfor links using a reference receiver. The technical report specifies test patterns for scrambled and un-scrambled
4、links. The technical report also specifies channel characteristics that have not been previouslyaddressed.This Technical Report is one in a series produced by the InternationalCommittee for Information Technology Standards (INCITS). The secretariatfor INCITS is held by the Information Technology Ind
