It pro-vides a common attachment interface for systems manufacturers, system integra

4、tors, software suppliers,and suppliers of intelligent storage devices. It includes the Packet Command feature set implemented bydevices commonly known as ATAPI devices.This standard maintains a high degree of compatibility with the AT Attachment Interface with Packet Inter-face Extensions (ATA/ATAPI
