21、nallcopiesofthedeliveryreceipt.Fileaclaimwiththecarrier.b) Compareequipment,parts,andcomponentsreceivedwiththebillofmaterialstoverifythattheshipmentiscomplete. Verifythatequipmentandaccessoriesreceivedconformtoapprovedsubmittalsandmanufacturerquotations. Iftheshipmentisnotcompleteorisinerror,notifyt

Whenconditionspermit,leavepackingmaterialsandwrappingsintactuntilreadyforinstal-lation.3.2 Handlinga) Handleequipmentandaccessoriesinaccordancewithmanufacturerrecomm

23、endationsinordertoavoidpersonalinjuryandequipmentdamage.b) Obtaintheshippingweightandthetypeoftruckmakingthedeliverypriortoreceivingtheshipment.Verifythatthehandlingequipmentissuitableforthematerialdeliverymethod,andthattheliftingcapaci-tyismorethantheweighttobemoved.c) Movematerialbyhand,dolly,orot

24、herdeviceinamannersoasnottocausedamage. Handleequip-mentcarefullytopreventdamage,breakage,denting,andscoringfinishes. 31、ching,anddirectionalboring.b) Checktheclearancebetweenproposedpolesandexistingoverheadutilities,suchaspowerlines,tele-phonelines,guywires,etc.,beforebeginningwork.Takenecessaryprecautionstopreventcontactwithoverheadlines.c) Coordinatewiththeelectricutilitywhenrequiredfornewservices.
