Intended Use. bakeries a

2、nd pastry kitchens for transportis dough. The dough troughs covered by this CID are intended for use in Sizes : P Size 4 - 4 ft. long Size 6 - 6 ft. 10% Salient Characteristics: Description. The dough trough shall be fabricated of stainless steel (min. 12 gage) conforming to ASTM-A167 and shalX have

3、 a rectangular shape. The top of the doilgh trough shall have a rolled rim tightly closed and seal welded against the wall of the trough. less steel.
