The plastic bag shall fit the folded garment by not exceeding any dimension or combination of dimensions by more than 10 percent of the garment s dimensions when folded. 1.3 Cl

4、osure. When the plastic bags are filled and closed, the closure shall be secure and without distortion. When the face width of a bag exceeds 14 inches, a piece of pressure adhesive tape shall be placed across the center of the closure to add security to the closure. 2. The contractor shall certify t

5、hat the product offered meets the salient characteristics of this description, conforms to the producers own Certification. drawing, specification, standard, and quality assurance practices and is the same product sold in the commercial marketplace, except for the additional requirements/characteris

6、tics specified herein. The Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and there- after as may be otherwise provided for under the provisions of the contract. 3. Packaging. 3.1 Packing and palletization. When procured by the Government, one thousand bag

7、s shall be packed in a snug-fitting fiberboard shipping container that conforms to PPP-B-636. The shipping container shall be completely filled with no voids and of a size that can be palletized in accordance with MIL-STD-147. Each shipping container shall be closed in accordance with the appendix o

8、f PPP-P-636. When specified (see 4.2), plastic bags, packed as specified, shall be palletized in accordance with MIL-STD-147. FSC 8105 , DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT A.
