The Air System Mounting Kit, components and assemblies shall comply with all requirements specified on applicable and associated drawings and with all requirements of the applicable specifications. 3.3 Environmental conditions - control jettison, mine dispenser, (commo
16、nly known as ICP). 3.3.1 Temperature range. The ICP shall function over the temperature range of -35F to +145O after hot and cold conditioning listed below. 3.3.1.1 Hot temperature. After the jettison hardware is installed on the side panel, each of the propulsion housing plug assemblies (9395988) shall be
41、 pressure tested as specified in 4.5.9. 3.7 Mount, MDC assembly fitness test. The Mount, MDC (dwg. 9396119) shall b e mounted and dismounted as specified in 4.5.10. 3.8 Air system fitness (Interface). The air system shall be mounted and tested on a UHGOA helicopter in accordance with Operation Manua

All parts and assemblies shall be fabricated,
43、 loaded and assembled in a thorough workmanlike manner; and all manufacturing, processing, and assembling operations shall be correctly performed. All parts and assemblies shall be clean, free of burrs, sharp edges, cracks, holes, grease, rust, and other foreign matter that may impair proper functio
44、ning. All electrical cables, insulation, shielding, etc. shall show no evidence of burns, abrading, cut or pinch marks that could cause short circuits or leakage. The electrical cables shall be secured to avoid unwanted interference with other mechanical/electrical operation. The cleaning method use
45、d shall not be injurious to any part, nor shall the parts be contaminated by the cleaning agent(s). Exterior surface coating shall be continuous and adherent except for a few light scratches not exposing base material. All required markings shall be neat and sharply defined. 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PRO
46、VISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the contractor is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements examinations and tests) as specified herein. Except as otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the
47、contractor may use his own or any other facilities suitable for the performance or the inspection requirements specified herein, unless disapproved by the Government. The Government reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed
48、necessary to ensure supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements. 4.1.1 Responsibility for compliance. All items shall meet all requirements of sections 3 and 5. The inspection set forth in this specification shall become a part of the contractors overall inspection system or quality pro
49、gram, The absence of any inspection requirements in the specification shall not relieve the contractor of the responsibility of ensuring that all products or supplies submitted to the Government for acceptance comply with all requirements of the contract. Sampling inspection, as part of manufacturing operations, is an acceptable practice to ascertain conformance to requirements, however, this does no authorize submissio
