SCOPE1.

48、1 This method is used for determining the moisture content of small grain orflaked propellants. The principle of the method is measurement of the currentrequired for electrolysis of water that has been volatilized from the specimen.Other volatile compounds such as alcohols, amines and ammonia may in

49、terfere.2. SPECIMEN2.1 The specimen shall consist of 0.2-0.6 gm of propellant weighed to thenearest 0.2 mg.3.
