Scope1.1 This specification covers high strength, seamless pipeand tube of nickel alloys (UNS N07022, UNS N07725, andUNS

3、 N07740)2as shown in Table 1.1.2 Pipe and tube shall be supplied in the cold worked orcold worked and precipitations hardened or solution annealedplus precipitation hardened and descaled conditions. Whenatmosphere control is used, descaling is not necessary.1.3 The values stated in inch-pound units

Mechanical Properties7.1 Unless otherwise specified, the material shall be sup-plied in the cold worked (cw), or cold worked and precipitationhardened (prec hard), or solution annealed plus precipitationhardened condition as described in Table 2 and Table 3.7.2 The mechanical properti

Hydrostatic Test or Non-Destructive Electric Test8.1 Each pipe or tube shall be tested by the manufacturer byeither hydrostatic or a non-destructive electric test in accor-dance with Specification B829. 30、longitudinal strip specimens, or the largest possibleround specimen prepared in accordance with Test Methods E8,shall be used.13. Test Methods13.1 The chemical composition and mechanical propertiesof the material is as enumerated in this specification shall bedetermined in accordance with the method

Inspection14.1 Inspection of the material shall be in accordance withthis specification and agreements between the manufacturerand purchaser as part of the purchase contract.15. Certification15.1 When specified in the purchase order or contract, amanufacturers certificatio

32、n shall be furnished to the purchaserstating that material has been manufactured, tested, and in-spected in accordance with this specification, and that the testresults on representative samples meet specification require-ments.
