As for this topic, in my opinion, there are three points to consider, namely, encouraging teamwork, keeping to schedule and improving work efficiency. First, teamwork reflects the combined exper

12、iences, knowledge, intelligence and views of a group of people, so it will definitely improve the quality and efficiency of the work. If participants work together, it will be easy for them to come up with creative ideas, which is crucial in solving complicated matters in the process. If people do n

13、ot work as a team, everyone would have to wait for the decisions made by the manager and it will not be easy to get people to take on responsibility for anything. Second, time is always of essence for a project. Failure to keep to the schedule will result in late completion, which will probably lead

14、 to civil litigation, compensation claim from injured party, etc. In the course of carrying out the project, there will be a lot of commercial activities involved, such as investment banks advance cash, raw material supply, and planning permission, etc. Failure to stick to the schedule will affect a

15、bove matters. What is more, improvement of work efficiency is also very important when managing a project. As we all know, work efficiency plays a crucial role of the commercial practice in the western world, which we have to improve by any possible means such as careful planning, good management an

To deal with competition, in my opinion, there are four things to consider, namely, pricing policies, advertising strategies, reducing production costs and good after-sale service. So if you fix the price higher than your rivals without higher quality of service, you might soon find yourself in an unfavourable situation. Correct pricing policies can capture a large number of consumers def

18、eat some competitors in a short period of time. Secondly, advertising is the most important way to make the products known to the public. Good advertising strategies can not only propagandize your company but also compete against your rivals. A company, through proper advertisements, can manage to i

19、ntroduce the advantages of their products comparing to their rivals, and therefore convince the consumers that their products would be the right choice. Thirdly, low production cost can make the price more favorable to the consumers and the products more profitable. So reducing product cost is a mag

20、ic weapon for business success. Finally, offering good after-sale service is also of great importance since it can upgrade the products reputation and attract more and more loyal customers in the long run. If you choose topic C: What is important when motivating staff? Managers, company owners and s

21、upervisors have always been frustrated and bewildered by employees with little or no motivation. In my opinion, there are three ways of motivating staff as follows. The first one is offering financial benefits. For one thing, staff always want reward for their contribution to the company and what th

22、ey are worth. If the company fails to give proper financial benefits, staff might subsequently feel not being fairly treated, and therefore frustrate their enthusiasm for their work. For another, staff want some sort of recognition for the job that they do. Correct financial benefits plan will arous

23、e their enthusiasm: otherwise they would feel being ignored. The second thing to consider is providing some career development opportunities for staff. Nowadays, in the two-way job-seeking process, while the employer is choosing his favorite employees, the wise candidates will consider the training

24、and career development opportunities with their future employer and try to make themselves more competitive in the employment market. With career development opportunities, the employees can be both strengthened for the current job and better prepared for the future job, thus spare no effort in thei

25、r allocated task. Last but not the least, reducing staff turnover can best eliminate the employees fear for loss of jobs, so they can be more engrossed into their work and have better performance.
