Specification Requirements4.1 The properties of woven awning and canopy fabricsshall conform to the specification requirements listed in Table1.5. Significance and
10、Use5.1 Fabrics intended for this end-use should meet all of therequirements listed in Table 1.5.2 It should be recognized that fabrics can be producedwith an almost infinite number of combinations of constructionvariables (for example, type of fibers, percentage of fibers, yarntwist, yarn number, wa
11、rp and pick count, chemical andmechanical finished.) Additionally, fashion or aesthetics dictatethat the ultimate consumer may find acceptable articles madefrom fabrics that do not conform to all of the requirements inTable 1.5.2.1 Hence, no single performance specification can possi-bly apply to al
