Scope1.1 This specifica

3、tion covers mineral-colloid-stabilized,concentrated, emulsified, refined coal tar suitable for use asweather-protective and aliphatic-solvent resistant coatings overbituminous pavements, such as those found at airports, parkingareas, and driveways. The specification for this material waspreviously c

4、overed by Federal Specification RP355.NOTE 1Dilute the concentrated emulsion after testing and prior toapplication to meet the application specification requirements.Applicationshall be made in accordance with Practice D3423/D3423M.1.2 The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound unitsare to b

5、e regarded separately as standard. The values stated ineach system may not be exact equivalents; therefore, eachsystem shall be used independently of the other.
