Itis identical with IEC 60455-2

3、:1998. It supersedes BS5664-2.1:1979 which iswithdrawn. NOTEBS 5664-2.2:1988 Coating powders, (IEC 60455-2:1984) remains current at the date of this publication, although its future is being considered by the relevant IEC committee. The UK participation in its preparation was entrusted by Technical

4、Committee GEL/15, Insulating materials, to Subcommittee GEL/15/3, Material specifications, which has the responsibility to: aid enquirers to understand the text; present to the responsible international/European committee any enquiries on the interpretation, or proposals for change, and keep the UK

5、interests informed; monitor related international and European developments and promulgate them in the UK. A list of organizations represented on this subcommittee can be obtained on request to its secretary. From 1 January 1997, all IEC publications have the number 60000 added to the old number. Fo

The series consists of three parts: Part 1: Definitions and general requirements (IEC 60455-1) 1) ; Part 2: Methods of test (IEC 60455-2); Part 3: Specifications

31、 for individual materials (IEC 60455-3). 1 Scope This part of IEC60455 specifies methods of test to be used for testing resin based reactive compounds, their components and cured compounds used for electrical insulation. 2 Normative references The following normative documents contain provisions whi
