The UK participation in its preparation was entrusted by Technical Committee EPL/86, Fibre optics, to Subcommittee EPL/86/2, Interconnecting devices and passive components, which has the responsibility to: aid enquirers to unders
4、tand the text; present to the responsible international/European committee any enquiries on the interpretation, or proposals for change, and keep the UK interests informed; monitor related international and European developments and promulgate them in the UK. For instance, IEC27-1 has been renumbered as IEC60027-1. For a period of time during the change over from one numbering system to the other, publications m

21、ose of this part of IEC1300 is to verify the flammability of materials. 1.2 General description This procedure is conducted in accordance with IEC695-2-2. The specimen is exposed to a flame for a specified period of time and the ability of the material to support combustion is noted. 1.3 Normative r
