According to 2.3 of IEC 60315-4, using the wide-band filter specified there and a true r.m.s. meter, with receiver in stereo mode. 2.2 Effective frequency range expressed as the range over which the response does not vary by more than 1,5 dB from the

According to IEC 60315-4, 5.8. 2.3 Interchannel gain difference expressed as the maximum difference in level of the right channel output with respect to that of the left channel output, in decibels, over the frequency range 250 Hz to 6,3 kHz. The equipment shall be in the

35、stereo mode. The published specification shall be valid under all of the conditions: at any supply voltage within 10 % of the rated voltage; at any deviation between 6,75 kHz and 67,5 kHz; at any r.f. input signal level between 90 dB (fW) and the level determined according to 2.1 above; at a modulat

NOTETo ensure that distortion measurements are not invalidated by noise, at each stage the output obtained with an unmodulated carrier should be noted. Measurements of distortion components are

37、valid only if at least 10 dB higher than the noise level. 2.5 Overall difference-frequency distortion, expressed as the output level of the 1kHz (3rd order) distortion product relative to the output voltage produced by 1 kHz modulation at 75 kHz deviation. According to 5.7.2 of IEC 60315-4. Measurements shall be made at the frequencies 250 Hz, 1 kHz, 6,3 kHz and12,5 kHz. In

40、 order to allow the use of automatic measuring equipment, the deviation shall be set at each frequency in in accordance with the appropriate 50 4s or75 4s pre-emphasis characteristic (seeTable 1). 2.8 Unweighted (band-limited) signal-to-noise ratio, expressed in decibels as: 20 lg(U x /U z ) Accordi

According to 2.2.1 b) of IEC 60315-4. 2.10 Capture ratio According to 3.1.2 of IEC 60315-4, but in mono mode, using a deviation of 75 kHz. 2.11 AM suppression According to 3.4.2.2 of IEC 60315-4 (sequential method). 2.12 Selectivity at low signal

43、level, expressed as the r.f. input signal level at X kHz (see below) off-tune required to give 20 dB signal-to-noise ratio, referencing the a.f. output due to a wanted signal input level of 70 dB (fW), when the wanted signal level is 30 dB (fW) (see 1.4). According to 3.2.2 of IEC 60315-4. The audio

44、 frequency output shall be measured using the band-pass filter described in1.4.1.3 of IEC 60315-4 and Figure 2a, and a true r.m.s. meter. The wanted signal level shall first be set at 70 dB (fW), with a modulation frequency of 1 kHz and a deviation of Y kHz (see below). For equipment intended for us

45、e in ITU Region 1, X is 300 kHz (three 100 kHz channels from the wanted channel) and Y is 40 kHz. For equipment intended for use in ITU Regions 2 and 3, X is 400 kHz (two 200 kHz channels from the wanted channel) and Y is 75 kHz. NOTEThe ITU regions are defined in the ITU Radio Regulations. Region 1

46、 includes Europe, Africa and areas bordering the Mediterranean Sea, Region 2 includes the Americas and Region 3 includes Asia and Australasia. However, broadcasting administrations in some countries may adopt systems which are not those generally used in that region. After tuning the equipment and n

47、oting the a.f. output voltage, the modulation shall be removed and the signal level set to 30dB (fW). The frequency difference between the wanted and unwanted signals shall be X kHz (see above) and the unwanted signal shall be modulated at 1kHz with Y kHz (see above) deviation. The level of the unwa

48、nted signal is then adjusted until the a.f. output level is20 dB below that first measured. NOTEAttention is drawn to ITU-R BS 412-7, BS 450-2, BS 641 and BS 704, accepted unanimously by the member administrations. Although the measurement conditions specified in this standard vary with ITU regions,

49、 Recommendations BS 412-7 and BS 704 strongly imply that the receiving equipment should have the same selectivity characteristics wherever it is intended to be used. 2.13 Single-signal i.f. rejection (see1.4) According to 3.3.2.2 of IEC 60315-4. 2.14 Single-signal image rejection (see1.4) According to 3.3.2.2 of IEC 60315-4. 2.15 Single-signal spurious rejection at the signal frequency plus half the intermediate frequency (see1.4).
