2、munications” Commission: “The European Conference of Posts and Telecommunications Administrations, considering - that some applications can require the need of transporting two 32 kbit/s voice channel in a 64 kbit/s channel, - that some applications require the need of transporting medium quality au
3、dio signal (7 kHz) in a 64 kbit/s channel, - that the installation and operation of equipments from different origins require that they should be standardized, recommends that member Administrations adhere to the specications contained in this Recommendation.” Recommendation T/L 03-16 corresponds to
4、 the following CCITT Recommendations: - Recommendation G.721: “32 kbit/s Adaptive Differential Pulse Code Modulation (ADPCM)” with the following modifications: - all references to the p-law will be suppressed, - within the algorithms “EXPAND”, “COMPRESS” and “SYNC”, input parameter called LAW will b
