35、n chemical engineering. 11 Strength of obturator In the fully closed position, the obturator shall, when loaded on one side with the rated pressure or permissible working pressure for a period of at least 60 seconds, not be signifi- cantly deformed. 12 Nondestructive testing of welds as speci- fied

41、 Special tests The tests described below are additional tests and shall be specially agreed where necessary. Table 6. Special tests 1 Differential pressure tests The seat tightness of valves for use with long-distance pipelines, complying with TRbF 301, which are to be subjected to the differential
42、pressure test, shall be tested for two hours using water, at a differential pressure of 0.1 bar. Apart from temperature-induced pressure changes, there shall be no drop in differential pressure. The test pressure shall be equal to 0,5 times the rated pressure, at least 20 bar, but shall not exceed t
43、he rated pressure. 2 Block and bleed test The sealing of the obturator against the valve body interior which is not under pressure, shall be tested with the test pressure (water at rated pressure) applied to both sides. For a test duration of 10 minutes, the leakage rate shall be as specified in DIN
