1、Technical delivery conditions for valves Requirements and methods of test for valves for use with flammable liquids Scope and field of application his standard applies to valves fitted to pipes through which flammable liquids are transported and for which particu- Ir requirements are specified in th

2、e relevant regulations (e.g. TRbF *) 131 Part 1, TRbF 231 Part 1, TRbF 301 and RbF 302). It specifies the requirements to be met in the manufacture of valves and describes methods of verifying impliance with these requirements. his standard does not apply to valves designed for use with liquefied ga

Particular agreements shall be reached with the expert concerning the requirements regarding post- weld heat treatment specified in these docu- ments as a function of the wall thickness and the weld assessment. 3.3 The

Requirements 4.1 Construction 4.1.1 The stem of valves with an adjustable gland shall be designed with a back seat face, it being pos

15、sible to inspect the back seat for tightness by meansof an inspection bore with stopper, should repacking under pressure be- come necessary, 4.1.2 Threaded stoppers connecting into the parts under pressure shall have a cylindri- cal thread complying with IS0 228 Part 1, shall be sealed with metallic

16、 or metal-clad seals, metal-sheathed compressed asbestos fibre seals or seals with metallic back-up ring, be provided with a relief bore and, while un- der pressure, capable of being loosened by at least two revolutions, without this present- ing a risk. 35、n chemical engineering. 11 Strength of obturator In the fully closed position, the obturator shall, when loaded on one side with the rated pressure or permissible working pressure for a period of at least 60 seconds, not be signifi- cantly deformed. 12 Nondestructive testing of welds as speci- fied

41、 Special tests The tests described below are additional tests and shall be specially agreed where necessary. Table 6. Special tests 1 Differential pressure tests The seat tightness of valves for use with long-distance pipelines, complying with TRbF 301, which are to be subjected to the differential

42、pressure test, shall be tested for two hours using water, at a differential pressure of 0.1 bar. Apart from temperature-induced pressure changes, there shall be no drop in differential pressure. The test pressure shall be equal to 0,5 times the rated pressure, at least 20 bar, but shall not exceed t

43、he rated pressure. 2 Block and bleed test The sealing of the obturator against the valve body interior which is not under pressure, shall be tested with the test pressure (water at rated pressure) applied to both sides. For a test duration of 10 minutes, the leakage rate shall be as specified in DIN
