Thetestpieceisplacedinaspecimenholderandismadetocontactadisplacementtransducerbyusingapush rodmadeofthesamematerialastheholder.Thisassemblyisputinafurnace.Thedifferentialexpansionbetween thetestpieceandthetestpieceholderismeasuredduringtheincreaseandthedecreaseintemperature. 30、,subjecttotheuppertemperaturerequirementsandenvironmental consideration,exceptfortungstenrheniumcoupleswhichmaybeusedathighertemperatures,butarenot coveredbyEN605841shouldbeindividuallycalibrated.Fortemperatureinexcessof2000K,infrareddetectors oranysuitabledevicemaybeused. 5.4Test piece mounting The
31、deviceusedshallallowfreeaxialmovementofthetestpieceandofthereferencepieceincaseofdifferential measurement.Themechanicalenvironmentshallminimizestresses.Forverticalmeasurementapparatus,thetest piecesshallbefreestandingandmechanicallystableontheendplate.Formeasuringapparatuswhichis EN11591:2003+AC:200
32、7(E) 5horizontalorinclinedtothehorizontal,thesidewaysmovementortwistofthetestpieceshallberestricted,without anyrestrictionofaxialmovement,byasuitablearrangement. 5.5 Systemformeasuringandrecordingthethermalexpansion System,capableofmeasuringdisplacementstoanaccuracybetterthan0,1 m.Thesystemshallallo
