7、n und Qualitts-management. A comparison of symbols for bolt/screw ends according to DIN EN ISO 4753 and for thread ends according to DIN 78:1983-12 is provided in Annex B. Since DIN 962:2001-11 was not to contain any dimensional specifications, these have been taken out of the standard for split pin
8、 and wire holes as well as for slots in hexagon and square head bolts. For wire holes and split holes DIN 34803 applies. The provision of a standard for slots in hexagon and square head bolts was deemed unnecessary. Types that are generally specified in product standards, such as the thread ends of
9、tapping screws and cross recesses, are not included in this standard. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights. DIN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights. Amendments This standard differs from
10、DIN 962:2001-11 as follows: a) normative references have been updated; b) in Table 2, all types and symbols originating from DIN EN ISO 4753 have been replaced by an example and a reference to DIN EN ISO 4753; c) types Tm (with washer face) and To (without washer face) have been included; d) Table B
