22、pean Standard specifies the dimensions and volumes for one-piece aluminium aerosol containers with a 25,4 mm aperture. This European Standard applies to one-piece containers of monobloc construction with an ogival, spherical or flat shoulder. 2 Normative references The following documents, in whole

24、containers - Tolerances of the fundamental dimensions in connection with the clinch 3 Terms and definitions For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply. 3.1 monobloc construction construction without seaming, welding or soldering 3.2 brimful capacity capacity, in mil
25、lilitres, of an aerosol container without an aerosol valve 4 Requirements 4.1 Classification of containers One-piece aluminium aerosol containers shall be classified according to five characteristic dimensions: a) brimful capacity (C2); b) nominal outside diameter (De) which, when measured in accord
26、ance with EN 15010, shall have a tolerance of 0,3 mm; c) cover seat height (H2), which shall be as shown in Figure 1 and which shall have a tolerance of 0,5 mm measured at (De 2) mm; d) nominal overall height (H3), which shall be as shown in Figure 1 and which shall have a tolerance of 0,4 mm; e) sh
27、oulder, which shall be either ogival, spherical or flat as shown in Figure 1. 4.2 Filling volumes The filling volumes of aerosol containers with ogival shoulders shall be as shown in Table 1. The filling volumes of aerosol containers with spherical shoulders shall be as shown in Table 2. The filling
