The responsible German body involved in its preparation w

5、as DIN-Normenausschuss Wasserwesen (DIN Standards Committee Water Practice), Working Committee NA 119-05-35 AA “Design and operation of drains and sewers (CEN/TC 165/WG 22)”. Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 752:2008-04 as follows: a) the terminology has been aligned with EN 16323:2014;

6、b) all the text relating to the determination of performance requirements and design criteria has been moved to Clause 5 as these are essentially part of this policy activity and not the design process; c) Clause 5 has been updated to include references to show the links to the EU Water Framework Di

7、rective (2000/60/EC) together with its daughter directives and the EU Floods Directive (2007/60/EC); d) Clause 6 has been updated to align with the latest revision of EN 13508-1; some text that is duplicated in EN 13508-1 has been deleted; e) Clause 6 has been updated to align with EN 14654-2; f) co

8、ntingency and emergency planning has been moved from the former Annex C to Clause 6 as it is part of the integrated sewer system planning process; g) additional text from the former Annex D has been added to Clause 7; this has allowed the former Annex D to be deleted as it largely duplicated Clause

(DWA) (German Association for Water, Wastewater and Waste) is resp

14、onsible for issuing national provisions in the form of codes of practice and instruction sheets. The fields dealt with by the DWA Drainage Systems Committee (HA ES) include site drainage, drainage methods, planning, design, calculation (structural design, hydraulics), execution, operation, maintenan

15、ce and rehabilitation. The HA ES working groups deal with the following areas: generic subjects (geographical information systems, energy production from wastewater systems, flood protection of wastewater systems, material requirements in respect of drains and sewers, extraneous water, corrosion, fl

16、ow measurements); system requirements in respect of drain and sewer systems (hydraulics, pressure and vacuum sewerage, flow control, discharge and pollution load simulation); system requirements in respect of drain and sewer systems (infiltration of surface water, stormwater treatment, ground retent

17、ion filters, wastewater pumps); construction of drains and sewers (open and closed drains, structures within drain and sewer systems, location of trees, calculation of drains and sewers, drains and sewers in water protection areas, trench lining); operation and maintenance (sewer system operation an

18、d maintenance, data inventory, indirect discharge points, emissions from the sewage system); rehabilitation (condition survey, condition evaluation, rehabilitation planning, rehabilitation strategy). Integrated drainage planning The key element of integrated urban drainage management, described in D

19、IN EN 752 and in DWA-A 100 (ISiE) (Guidelines relating to integrated urban drainage) is integrated drainage planning. This is an interactive and permanent process with a holistic approach to drainage and water protection and deals not only with planning itself but also with the construction and oper

20、ation of systems. The area covered by urban drainage planning comprises the entire wastewater system and the affected watercourses. Figure NA.1 shows the area subject to urban drainage planning with its various system levels. The components, (partial) catchments areas, sewers and structures, form th

21、e drain or sewer system (system level III). The drain or sewer system and the wastewater treatment plant together form the (urban) wastewater system (system level II). Together with the watercourses affected by discharge (ground water system, surface watercourse), one or more wastewater systems form

22、 the urban drainage planning area (system level I). Where the water supply is also included, the entity is termed “urban water system” in Anglo-Saxon literature.
