DIN EN ISO 14063:2010-10 EN ISO 14063:2010 (E) Introduction0.1 Over the past two decades, communication on environmental values, actions and performance hasbecome an essential activity of organizations, because of increased public concern and interest, andgovernmen

26、tal activities related to the environment. Organizations all over the world are increasingly confrontedwith the need to express their views, and present and explain the environmental implications of their activities, products and services. There is also a growing need to listen to interested parties,

This is influenced by factors such as the organizations geographic location anddistributi

Motivations for communication can include the following: the interest of the organization to share information on its environmental practices; a request for information by employees or investors, a government agency, a community group, a customeror supplier, or any

In some cases, understanding the communication pattern/behaviour of each interested party(or target group) is also

The most effective environmentalcommunication process involves ongoing contact by the organization with internal and external interestedparties, as part of the organizations overall communications strategy.DIN EN ISO 14063:2010-10 EN ISO 14063:2010 (E) 4Fi
