Unless otherwise specified in the mntract or purchase order, the mntractor is responsible for the performanae of all insp

16、ection requiranents (exmimtions and tests) as cpecified herein. Except as otherwise specified in the contract or plrchase order, the contractor my use his own or any other facilities suitable for the perfoimance of the inspection requirailents specified herein, unless disapproved by the Govemnt. ?he

17、 Govermnt reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in this qxcification where cuch inspections are M mcessary ta ensure supplies and services conform to prescribed requirmts.
