10、f more than 25 g/lOO g The product names are stipulated according to national legislation and trade habits (see annex A.l). 4.2 Product names for acetic acid food grade : concentration of 15 g/lOO g to 25 g/lOO g The product names are stipulated according to national legislation and trade habits (se
11、e annex A.2). 4.3 Product names for acetic acid food grade : concentration of less than 15 g/lOO g The product names are stipulated according to national legislation and trade habits. 4.4 Total acetic acid content of the products, expressed as their total acidity in g/100 g The acetic acid content o

Marking : Products with an acid content of more than 11 g/l O0 g shall be marked by the following indication : Warning ! Do not consume undiluted ! Products with and acid content of more than

21、designations, decided by the Minister of Justice Concerning the designation of “vinegar“ Clause 3 Yarenwetbesluit“ The designation “vinegar“ (Dutch “azijn“) may only be used for liquids containing acetic acid as main component, more specifically the quantity of acetic acid should be at least 4 gram
22、per 1 O0 ml. In this regulation it is confirmed that vinegar can be made of either from alcoholic liquids of agricultural origin or from a solution of other sources.
