34、evant limitsfor general public exposurespecified in the Council Recommendation1999/519/EC as Basic Restrictions or Reference Levels as well as conditions forsimultaneousexposure to multiple frequency fields shall apply forthe purpose of this standard.5 Compliance assessmentthe productIn countries in

35、 which the objective of this standard is embedded in a regulatory procedure for site certification, building permit or operation approval, e.g. in Germany, Italy or Switzerland, the limit values stipulated by this regulation shall be used. !“In countries in which the objective of this standard is em

38、 station antenna(s) where the total exposure to emissions in the frequency range 100 kHz to 40 GHz may exceed the limits defined in Clause 4.- 6 -The product is deemed to comply withoutexposure assessment if the maximum average emittedpower for each antennaof theproduct is less than or equal to250 m

41、nt results shall be compared directly to the exposure limits. 6 Documentation 1) a detailed description of the configuration of the base station in its operational environment(e.g. antenna(s) characteristics, feeders, connectors, combiners),2) all the information, methods and theiruncertainty usedto

42、determine exposure levels for the general public according to EN50400,3) general public access restrictions if any.The documentation may cover severalbase stationswith similar technical specifications and environmental conditions. If, in accordanceto Clause 5, the product whenput intoservice isdeeme

43、d to comply without exposure assessment, then the facts and conditions on which this classificationis based(according to the bullet pointsin Clause 5) shall be stated by the manufacturerin the userinstructions.
