A12:2015January 2015Foreword The text of the International Standard IEC60335-2-97:2002, prepared by the IEC TechnicalCommittee 61, together with the common modifications prepared by CENELEC TC 61, was submitted to the Unique Acceptanc

16、e Procedure. Atthe Athens meeting in November 2003 it was decided to submit additional modifications from document 61(Sec)1433 to theformal vote. This draft did not receivesufficient support. The comments were discussed at the Milano meeting in November 2004, where it was decided to submit additiona

17、l modifications from amendment A1:2004 to IEC 60335-2-97:2002 to the formal vote. This draft was launched in November 2005 and was approved by CENELEC as EN 60335-2-97 on 2006-04-01. This European Standard replaces EN 60335-2-97:2000 + A11:2006. The following dates are applicable: latest date by whi

46、rd that theexecution of itsprovisions is entrusted to appropriatelyqualified andexperienced persons.This standard takes into accountthe requirements of IEC 60364 as faraspossible so thatthere is compatibilitywith the wiring ruleswhenthe appliance is connected to the supply mains. However, national w

47、iring rules maydiffer.If an appliance within the scope of this standard also incorporates functionsthat are coveredby anotherpart 2 of IEC 60335, the relevant part 2 is applied to each function separately, asfarasisreasonable.
