Peeling of the paint film in excess of 3 mm from thescribe mark shall be cause for re
19、jection. Examine forblistering. Blistering in rinse pattern obviously due to panelpreparation shall not be cause for rejection provided ad hesionis satisfactory. General blistering is considered failure.3.7 STATISTICAL PROCESSSuppli ers must conform to the requirements of Ford Quality SystemStan dar
20、d Q-101. A mutually acceptable Control Plan as describedther ein is required for material/source approval. 22、erialorigi nally approved under this specification, whether or not suchchanges affect the materials ability to meet the specificationrequirements, the Supplier shall notify Purchasing, Toxi cology and theaff ected Materials Engineering activity of the proposed changes andobta in the written approval
23、 of the Materials Engineering activity.Test data , test samples and a new code identification are to besubmitted with the request.Substa nce restrictions imposed by law, regulations or Ford, apply toth e materials addressed by this document. 29、ed to this specification. The spect ra establishedfor initial approval shall constitute the reference stan dard and shallbe kept on file at designated m aterial laboratory. All samples shallproduce spectra that correspond to the referenced standa rd when testedunder the same conditions as those spec
30、ified on the master spectrum.Prepare the IR sample by scraping the cured paint from a test paneland mixi ng with infrared quality potassium bromide. Pulverize thesample with a mortar and pestle or a mechanical mixer to a homogeneouspowder and press into a pellet with a hydraulic at 11.7 MPa.
