2、ed to determine the adhesion strength characteristics of heat-cured metal bonding adhesives subjected to induction heating. Apparatus Required Induction Equipment Schematic Diagram - See Figure 1. Power Supply A 20 kW, 10 kHz, high frequency generator. Robotron #08001-04 or equivalent. Heat Station
3、Robotron 20 kW - 10 kHz heat station to match impedance load of coil to power supply. Inductor Fabricated as shown in Figure 2. Clamping Fixture Fabricated as shown in Figure 3. Temperature Pyrometer Temperature measurement instrument with capability of 23 30 C temperature range and +/- 3 C accuracy
4、. Ircon infra-red pyrometer or equivalent. Test Coupons Test coupons shall be 25 x 100 x 0.76 mm CRLC steel body stock or otherwise specified by the applicable Engineering Material Specification. Tensile Tear Machine Instron or equivalent with an accuracy of 0.5 % of the range used. Conditioning and
5、 Test Conditions All test values indicated herein are based on material conditioned in a controlled atmosphere of 23 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5 % relative humidity for not less than 24 h prior to testing and tested under the same conditions unless otherwise specified. Mount test assembly in clamping fixture, then induction heat at a schedule of 160 +/- 2 C, or as specified by the engineering document, for 4 s. Power and temperature curves representing this schedule are shown in Figure 5. 4. Condition bonded t
