Bei der Bemusterung von Formassen ist die Verarbeitbarkeit auf den Prduk- tiommaschinen zu bercksichtigen. Bei der Bemusterung von Formnassen hat der Lieferant die zu den Prfungen

11、mt- wendigen Probekrper sowie ein vollstndiges Werksprfzeugnis (DIN 50 049-2.3) mitzulief ern. Bei der Bemusterung von Fertigteilen hat der Lieferant ein Werksprfzeugnis (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) ber die Zeichnungsforderungen mie die nach dieser Lieferbedingung am Fertigteil prfbaren Werkstoffeigenschaften

12、 mitzuliefern. Die in dieser Lieferbedingung beschriebene Werkstoffqualitt darf nicht mit anderen Qualitten gemischt oder unter Zumischen von Regenerat des gleichen Werkstoffes zum Einsatz kcamen. Sanpies of moulding campounds or finished parts shall be tested and approved by Product Engineering Depa

14、rtment prior to camencement of delivery of bulk supplies. When smpling moulding compounds processability on production machines shall be noted. With samples of mulding campounds the supplier shall provide the test pieces necessary for the tests as well as a complete manufacturers test certificate (D

15、IN 50 049 - 2.3) With samples of finished parts the supplier shall provide a manufacturers test certificate (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) shawing compliance with the drawing requirements for the finished parts and material properties specified herein which can be tested on finished parts. The material quality

16、detailed in this specification shall not be mixed with other qualities or be used by amixture of regrind material of the same quality.
