If the operation distance cant be calculated, check whether there is a leaking oil or not, and defl
10、ate again. 4.5.1.6 Put chamber on CRC, and set 70 E after connecting Heating equipment. 4.5.1.7 Fix the operation of durability test device at 1,000 per hour. 4.5.1.8 The test is conducted 1,000,000 times, and inspect whether there is a leak or noise during tests. 4.6 Evaluation.
