34、 registered with the International Civil Aviation Organization” and includes the Agreements and Arrangements published in the preceding consolidated edition (Doc 9460 LGB/382), the five supplements thereto for the years from 1991 to 1997 and those Agreements and Arrangements subsequently registered

35、until 3 1 October 2002. It reflects the status of Agreements and Arrangements as at 3 1 October 2002. In each Table of the Agreements concluded between States, separate columns next

39、 to the ICAO registration number include reference to registration of such Agreements with the United Nations and their publication in the United Nations Treaty Series. In order to maintain an accurate record of the Agreements and Arrangements in force, ICAO will appreciate being informed regularly

40、of any changes in the status of the Agreements and Arrangements registered, e.g. definitive entry into force, termination, renewal, amendments or other modifications as provided by Article 5 of the Rules for Registration with ICAO of Aeronautical Agreements and Arrangements, DOC 6685-Cl767. The accu

41、racy of this record depends exclusively on the information provided by States. It should be noted that the Agreements and Arrangements concluded by certain States which are no longer in existence are continued to be listed under the names of these former States, is. USSR, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslav

42、ia. As regards Agreements and Arrangements concluded by the USSR, it should be noted that the Government of the Russian Federation advised ICAO by a Note dated 26 December 199 1, that “the membership of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics in the International Civil Aviation Copyright Internation

44、 by or under the auspices of the International Civil Aviation Organizat henceforth is continued by the Russian Federation and that therefore in the International CI Aviation Organization the title the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics shall be replaced by the t the Russian Federation”. As regards

45、Agreements and Arrangements concluded by Czechoslovakia, the Government of Czech Republic advised ICAO by a Note dated 8 March 1993, that “the Czech Republic, a successor state created as a result of the dissolution of the Czech and Slovak Federal Repub considers itself bound, as of January 1, 1993,

46、 i.e. the date of the dissolution of the Czechosloi federation, by multilateral international treaties to which the Czech and SlovakFederal Republic F a party on that date, including reservations and statements to their provisions made earlier Czechoslovakia”. The Government of the Slovak Republic a

47、lso advised ICAO by a Note dated 16 February 1995, t “the Slovak Republic, as a successor State, born from the dissolution of the Czech and Sloi Federal Republic, considers itself bound, as of January 1, 1993, Le. the date on which the Sloi Republic assumed responsibility for its international relat

48、ions, by multilateral treaties to which Czech and Slovak Federal Republic was a party as of 3 1 December 1992, including reservations i declaration made earlier by Czechoslovakia, as well as objections by Czechoslovakia to reservatic fo,mulated by other treaty parties”. As regards Agreements and Arrangements concluded by the former German Democratic Republic, it should be noted that the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany advised ICAO by a letter dated 20 December 1990;that “tlhrough-the accession of the German Democrat
