SCOPE 1.1 This method is intended for detemining the elongation of an inflated cylinder o? laminated cloth. 2. sPEcnm1 2.1 The specimen shall be a laminated cloth cylinder, 8 inches in diameter by 30 inches lon

29、g, and open on both ends. Reference lines shall be drawn on the outside of the specimen prior to seam- ing.
