These totalsshall accumulate so that at any one time the experience from the beginning of the contract isincluded. At the conclusion of each month, the test results shall be se

15、nt to the procuring activityand to Naval Air Systems Command, Avionics Division. At any time that the current totals oftest hours and test failures plotted on test plan XXIX curves show a reject situation, the procuringactivity shall be notified. The procuring activity reserves the right to stop the

16、 acceptance ofequipment at any time that a reject situation exists pending a review of the contractors efforts toimprove the equipment, the equipment parts, the equipment workmanship, etc., so that the entirecompilation will show other than a reject decision.”PAGE 19* 4.4.3.3.2: Delete the first sen
