In the event of a conflict between the text of this specificationand the references cited herein (except for MS standards

Nothing in this specification, however, shall supersedeapplicable laws and regulations unless a specific exemption has been obtained.”* 3.2: Delete and substitute:“3.2 First article . When specified (see 6.2), a sample

7、shall be subjected to first articleinspection in accordance with 4.3.”PAGE 5Delete 3 .8.3 and substitute the following:“3.8.3 Filling medium . The filling medium shall be of at least 98 percent purity and free ofdust particles. The filling medium may not contain more than .006 milligram of water vap

8、or (dewpoint 65 C or 85 F maximum) at the filling pressure. The filling medium shall consist of 100percent helium (preferred), a mixture of 88 to 92 percent nitrogen and the remainder helium, or amixture of inert noble gases (such as argon and helium). The absolute pressure of the fillingmedium in t

Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchaseorder, the contractor is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements as specif
