This form shall be prepared for all repair parts re- placed in the end item equipment. entered as a separate line item on NAVMC 10619-SD. Each different repair part replaced shall be 3.1-2 Electronic Accounting Mac
4、hine (EAM) Card (C-5081). One card shall be key punched and interpreted for each line item contained in NAVMC 10619-SD. monthly commencing on the date specified in the contract or order when this speci- fication is cited. 3.2 Preparation of NAVMC 10619-CD. 3.2.1 Dipit Placement. The last digit of a
