The TIA was processed by the Technical Committee on Hydrogen Technology, and was issued by the Standards Council on August 4, 2016, with an effective date of August 24, 2016. A Tentative Interim Amendment is tentative because it has
3、 not been processed through the entire standards-making procedures. It is interim because it is effective only between editions of the standard. A TIA automatically becomes a public input of the proponent for the next edition of the standard; as such, it then is subject to all of the procedures of t
4、he standards-making process. 1. Revise 18.7.2 to read as follows: 18.7.2 Defueling Equipment Required at Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Facilities. Major repair garages shall have equipment to defuel vehicle fuel supply containers. Equipment used for defueling shall be listed and labeled or shall be approved for the intended use.
