The TIA was processed by the Technical Committee on Building Construction and the Correlating Committee on Building Code, and was issued by the Standards Council on December 8, 2015, with an effectiv
3、e date of December 28, 2015. A Tentative Interim Amendment is tentative because it has not been processed through the entire standards-making procedures. It is interim because it is effective only between editions of the standard. A TIA automatically becomes a public input of the proponent for the n
4、ext edition of the standard; as such, it then is subject to all of the procedures of the standards-making process. 1. Revise section 7.4.3.6.5(5) to read as follows: 7.4.3.6.5(5) The maximum building height in feet shall not exceed the limits set forth in Table 7.4.1 for the least restrictive type of construction involved.
