Plaques of s

5、tainless steel are partially immersed in cleaning solution, rinsed, allowed to dry, and observed for visible corrosion products. 4.1.2 Materials: The following items shall be used in the testing: 2” x 8” (5.1 x 20.3 cm) 304-grade stainless steel plaques (2B finish) 600 mL tall form glass beakers (Py

Stainless steel plaques shall be rinsed with deionized water

7、and air dried prior to use. 4.1.4 Exposure, Rinsing and Observations: Each plaque shall be suspended above the beaker such that 4 inches (10.2 cm) in the long direction are immersed in the cleaning solution (i.e. 4” above the water line). Plaques shall remain in the solution in this fashion for 24 h

8、ours. Plaques shall then be removed, rinsed in tap water for 1 minute and allowed to air dry for 24 hours. Plaques shall then be visually inspected for evidence of NSF P156 3 2002 NSF red or white corrosion products, in a room with a minimum of 220 lux (20 foot-candles) at the work surface. The expo

The solution shall be heated to 93oC (200oF), held for 4 0.25 minutes, then poured through a coffee filter to remove spent coffee grounds prior to use. Test dishes shall be heated for 2 0.25 hours in an oven to 82oC (180oF) prior to use.

15、 Twenty (20) mL of concentrated coffee solution shall be transferred into each test dish, placed into the 82oC (180oF) oven and allowed to dry for two hours. Then test dishes will be allowed to cool to room temperature for a minimum of 2 hours. The process shall be repeated to accumulate two coats o
