2、form resource locator (URL) for each database has changed from the hypertext transfer protocol (http) to hypertext transfer protocol secure (https). Additionally, the URLs no longer contain “.daps” since that part of the address referred to an obsolete organizational acronym. Throughout MIL-STD-962D
