After approximately two hours of use without incident, the light bulb shattered, with pieces falling into the HUT experiment, causing contamination. Alignment of the HUT was not a
3、 scheduled activity at KSC. Therefore a light source was not furnished with the experiment. Data recorded at KSC indicated that the HUT was not aligned to the cruciform as expected and that a light source would be required.Lesson(s) Learned: Using an unprotected external high-intensity lamp for illu
