2、Initially, there was no strong link between the VSR&T Project and the SE&A projects. This link was needed to ensure that the proper architectures and, hence, technologies were being addressed. Without the proper linkage to SE&A, the VSR&T Project may not have been addressing the critical technology
3、requirements for the NGLT architectures under consideration. Systems engineering and analysis should be linked to the technology development projects early in the program. Description of Driving Event: Several technology development activities from 2nd Gen RLV and ASTP were combined to form the NGLT
4、 Vehicle Systems Research and Technology (VSR&T) Project. Initially, there was no strong link between the VSR&T Project and the SE&A projects. This link was needed to ensure that the proper architectures and, hence, technologies were being addressed. Without the proper linkage to SE&A, the VSR&T Pro

Later, the System Analysis Project (SAP) attempted to remedy the situation by interacting with the various NASA Centers conducting technology development. An Architectural Design an
