2、cts or product formats were included. This resulted in logistics data provided by the various projects under Constellation Program being inconsistent in content and format. This inconsistent data was very difficult for the Program to integrate properly. Description of Driving Event: Because CxP 7006
3、4 (Constellation Program: Supportability Plan) did not provide guidance on data and documentation formats for logistics products, each project created its own method for integrated logistics documentation. This resulting logistics data was often incompatible between projects and was not easily integ
4、rated. Lesson(s) Learned: A standard set of templates for logistics documents, such as: a standardized integrated logistics support plan; a standard logistics support analysis record; a standard logistics support analysis; and standardized provisioning data were not established. In the absence of a
5、NASA standard, Programs should establish these things early so that they can be easily levied as part of any design and development contracts.
