TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS3.1 Basic SpecificationThe complete requirements for procuring the tubular webbing described herein shall consist of this document and the latest issue of the basic specification, AMS3799.3.2 Construction and Properties3.2.1 YarnYarn used in weavin
10、g the webbing shall be low modulus aramid with a carbonization (char) temperature not lower than 671 g113F (355 g113C).3.2.1.1 Denier and Filament CountThe yarn shall be 200 denier 15 and shall consist of 100 filaments 10.3.2.1.2 PlyThe yarn shall be eight ply.3.2.1.3 TwistThe final ply of yarn shal
11、l be twisted 2.5 to 2.8 turns per inch (25.4 mm).3.2.2 Webbing3.2.2.1 WeaveShall be tubular, plain, one up and one down.3.2.2.2 ColorShall be FED-STD-595 Sage Green 1565. The color shall be obtained by use of melt spun solution dyed yarn.3.2.2.3 WidthShall be 0.75 inch 0.06 (19.0 mm 1.5).3.2.2.4 Thi
