QUALIFICATION AND QUALITY CONFORMANCE QUALIFICATION REQUIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AS7974. VOLTAGE DROP WITHOUT SALT SPRAY IS REQUIRED FOR QUALITY CONFORMANCE. A SPECIFIC DETAILED TEST ME
8、THOD MUST BE SUPPLIED TO THE QUALIFYING ACTIVITY FOR APPROVAL, DESCRIBING HOW THE VOLTAGE DROP TEST WILL BE PERFORMED NONDESTRUCTIVELY AS A QUALITY CONFORMANCE TEST ON 100% OF CABLE ASSEMBLIES PRODUCED. VOLTAGE DROPS SHALL NOT EXCEED VALUES SPECIFIED IN TABLE III OF AS7974. 2. DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

A 270 VOLT DIRECT CURRENT SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE ALL POWER LEADS (NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE PHASES). THE UNUSED WIRES (#2 & #5) SHALL BE CONNECTED ELECTRICALLY THEN TESTED FOR CURRENT LOS
15、T. THE CURRENT LEAKAGE SHALL NOT EXCEED 1 MILLIAMP.5. CABLE ATTACHMENT TO PLUG (TENSION ON PLUG) TEST IN ACCORDANCE WITH AS7974 EXCEPT APPLY FORCE FROM THE REAR OF THE PLUG BODY AND THE CABLE NEAR THE REAR OF THE PLUG BODY. 6. CABLE ATTACHMENT TO CRIMP BARREL AND LUG TERMINAL CABLE ATTACHMENT TO LUG
