Identification4.1 FilterThe filter manufacturers nameplate shall be of corrosion-resistant metal, with a minimum thickness of0.8 mm (0.031 in) thick. The tag should be permanently attached, mechanically preferred

16、th the interface dimensions shown in Figures 3, 4,5, 6, 7, and 8.a. 1-place decimals have a tolerance of 0.5 mm (0.02)b. 2-place decimals have a tolerance of 0.13 mm (0.005)Additional dimensions and design features necessary to meet this document are the responsibility of the filtermanufacturer. 21、nimum Dirt Holding CapacityFilter elements shall be rated for dirt holding capacity in grams.The retained dirt holding capacity shall be obtained by a Multi-Pass test conducted according to ANSI/(NFPA)T3.10.8.8R1, according to the standard filter element rating. The minimum acceptable dirt holding c

22、apacity forthe element shall be in accordance with the values in the standard filter element rating.5.5 Element Micron RatingThe filter element micron rating shall be that at which a time-weighted averagefiltration ratio (Beta) of 75 or greater is obtained in a Multi-Pass test, from initial clean to

23、 terminal elementpressure drop of 345 kPaD (50 PSID), at the maximum permitted flow rate per element for that element, inaccordance with the standard filter element rating. The Multi-Pass test is to be conducted in accordance withANSI/(NFPA) T3.10.8.8R1. Filters shall be evaluated with fluids comply

24、ing with the current version of MIL-H-5606, containing 50 ppm antistatic additive per ANSI/(NFPA) T3.10.8.8R1.5.6 Element SelectionFilter elements, housing, and minimum port size shall be selected according to Table 1:6. Element Acceptance CriteriaElements shall meet the criteria for acceptance in a
