Headquartered and incorporated in the United States of America, SMPTE has members in over 80 countries on six continents. SMPTEs Engineering Documents, including Standards, Recommended Practices, and Engineering Guideline
4、s, are prepared by SMPTEs Technology Committees. Participation in these Committees is open to all with a bona fide interest in their work. 5、e rules given in Part XIII of its Operations Manual. Amendment 1 to SMPTE RP 2057 was prepared by Technology Committee 31FS. Amendment 1:2013 to SMPTE RP 2057:2011 Page 3 of 4 pages 1 Scope Amendment 1 to SMPTE RP 2057:2011 changes the Set Key and Scheme Label UL values for the Text-based Descriptiv
6、e Metadata Scheme. The purpose of this change is to fix the conflict of Set Key and Scheme Label UL values between SMPTE RP 2057 Text-based Metadata and AMWA AS-03. This amendment also provides changes to the descriptions and the meanings of byte values in the Set Key and Label UL. 2 Change Universa
