The T

20、otal “Antenna System” Return Loss Measurements Technical Service Bulletin was created to address the issues associated with measuring the complete RF path and offered some suggestions about how to make measurements that will be more meaningful. TSB-179-1 iii Patent Identification The readers attenti

21、on is called to the possibility that compliance with this document may require the use of one or more inventions covered by patent rights. By publication of this document no position is taken with respect to the validity of those claims or any patent rights in connection therewith. The patent holder

24、 brought to its attention. TSB-179-1 iv INTRODUCTION The purpose of this addendum is to correct errata contained in TSB-179 Total “Antenna System” Return Loss Measurements. The following problems have been identified: Figures 2 and 3 of Section 4.4 each contain an error. These figures are screenshot

25、s of the System Return Loss Spreadsheet Calculator. In each of the screenshots, a hard coded value of “6.00” was entered for the “Main Feed Line Return Loss” instead of the correct automatically calculated value. Fortunately, in both figures this value did not affect additional calculations in the s

26、heet. However, it could still be a source of confusion for those using the document.
