The existence of such Standards and Publications shall not in any respect preclude any member or non-member of TIA from manufacturing or s

Neither shall the existence of such Standards and Publications preclude their voluntary use by Non-TIA members, either domestically or internationally. Standards and Publications are adopted by TIA in accordance with the American Nat

23、ude some reference to the site name and to the date the data was taken. Because of compatibility issues, a filespec following the 8.3 naming convention is encouraged, but is not required for compliance. The data format consists of header records and data records. All data records will be coded in AS

24、CII. Also strongly encouraged is supplemental data, such as antenna patterns and siting information. Supplemental information is not directly addressed in this standard. However, this standard does discuss how the supplemental data is referenced. 4.2 Header Record There shall be at least one header

25、record. Each header record has no particular length. However, for human readability, it is recommended that each record be limited to sixty (60) characters except in cases where the width of a single field exceeds that length. No field shall occupy more than one record. Each record consists of field

26、s of arbitrary width, arranged in no particular order. Within a header record, fields shall be separated by pipe (“|”) characters. Each field consists of a field name and the field data, separated by a space character. The field name consists of a 4-character alphabetic component and a 2-character n

27、umeric component, not separated by any character. The purpose of the numeric component is to distinguish between data of the same type. Even those parameters that have only one value shall contain the numeric component, which shall be “01”. Table 4-1 lists the possible header fields. The first seven

28、 lines in Annex A, A.1 Short Format and A.2 Long Format are provided as examples of header records.
