TIA Standards should be reviewed on an annual b
6、asis by the formulating Committee and a decision made on whether to proceed to develop a TIAIEIA Standard on this subject. TIA Standards must be cancelled by the Committee and removed from the TIAIEIA Standards Catalog before the end of their third year of existence. Publication of this TIA Standard
7、 for trial use and comment has been approved by the Telecommunications Industry Association. Distribution of this TIA Standard for comment shall not continue beyond 60 months from the date of publication. It is expected that following this 36 month period, this TIA Standard, revised as necessary, wi

The amount of such increase in excess of the amount of monitored excess attenuation over clear sky propagation conditions shall not exceed 1.5 dB
14、 or 15% of the actual amount of monitored excess attenuation in dB, whichever is larger, with a confidence level of 90 %, except over transient periods accounting for no more than 0.5% of the time during which the excess is no more that 4.0 dB. 3.2 Limitations on Earth Terminal Harmonics and Spuriou
15、s Emissions (Applicable Reference: 4) 3.2.1 Earth Terminal Off-Axis SDurious Radiation The specification of this parameter covers all kinds of unwanted emission in the frequency range, from 30 MHz to 40 GHz, emitted by terminals operating in the 28.35-28.6 GHz and 29.5-30.0 GHz frequency bands. All
16、directions are considered except for a cone around the transmit axis with an opening of 7“. 31、Earth Terminal On-Axis Spurious Radiation 3.2.2.1 Car ri er-On State The following specification applies to the earth terminal transmitting at EIRP values UP to EIRPnom. For EIRPs above EIRPnom (when uplink power control is implemented), the following limits may be exceeded by the difference in dB b
32、etween the current EIRP and EIRPnom. In the 28.35-28.6 and 29.5 GHz-30.0 GHz bands, the EIRP spectral density of the spurious radiation outside the nominated bandwidth shall not exceed 4-10 log M dBW in any 100 kHz band. Note 1 : In order to avoid harmful interference to radio services using the sam
33、e satellite or collocated satellites, the satellite operator or the satellite network operator may require more stringent limits, e.g., depending on the size of the network and the size of the satellite coverage. In a bandwidth of 5 times the necessary bandwidth centered on the carrier center freque
34、ncy, the EIRP spectral density of the spurious radiation outside the nominated bandwidth shall not exceed 18-10 log M dBW in any 100 kHz band. M is the maximum number of earth terminals that are expected to transmit simultaneously in the same carrier frequency band. This number shall not be exceeded
35、 for more than 0.01 % of the time. The value of M and the operational conditions of the system shall be declared by the manufacturer. Note 2: Note 3: The on-axis spurious radiation outside the 28.35 GHz-28.6 GHz and 29.5 GHz-30.0 GHz bands is indirectly limited by subclause 3.2.1. Consequently no sp
36、ecification is needed. Intermodulation limits inside the bands 28.35 GHz-28.6 GHz and 29.5 GHz-30.0 GHz are to be determined by system design and are subject to satellite operator specifications. 43、he total assigned band. The out-of-band mask rolls off the spurious boundary or the point where it is equal to the ITU-R Radio Regulations appendix S3 spurious limit, whichever comes first. The spurious attenuation for space services is 19 + 10 log P or 36 dBc in a reference bandwidth of 1 MHz, whichever is less attenuation. 20
